This chapter mainly discusses setting goals for yourself and not to listen to that little voice in your head that tells you that you cannot accomplish said goals. The chapter also talks about how to be an artist and thrive in the business world. You don't want to find a market for certain types of art, and then create it. You should create your art first. You also don't want to second guess yourself about the market for your work either, meaning that you shouldn't start making certain types of art just because there's a market for them. You should be creating whatever art you feel like.
