Chapter 3

This chapter was one of my favorites so far. It was all about having goals, and you set them. Also some awesome quotes were in this chapter as well. "Better to write for yourself and have no public, than to write for the public and have no self."-Cyril Connolly. The only way to stick to goals is to make them realistic. If you make tiny goals, it is easier to accomplish them and in the end you will feel better because it is a goal to accomplished. Making tiny goals towards the big goal in life is the only way you can make it work. If you just set the big goal and no little goals to go along with it, you are more than likely not going to accomplish your goal. Another part in the chapter that I liked was when he was talking about how a cocktail party, how if you say something that somebody else already said, you will be ignored. Just like with art. If you make art just like someone else....you won't get noticed either.
